What are you fees?

 

We are a small team of volunteer counsellors and psychotherapists who work to support individuals seeking counselling.  As a non-profit community interest company, all donations and payments made for any of our chargable services are used to deliver, improve and expand the services we offer.  

 

Counselling and Psychotherapy:

Initial Consultation: £65

50 minute session for an individual: £65

50 minute session for a couple: £80

 

Wellbeing services:

Life Coach: From £90 per session

Massage Therapy: From £60 (external provider)

 

 

Where are you based?

 

We are based in Northampton and provide vitual and in person sessions.

 

Please note: Our registered office is closed to the public.

 

What is a Therapeutic Contract?

 

All clients are asked to review the Therapeutic Contract before their first session.  The contract outlines the expectations and requirements of both the counsellor and you, the client.

 

Although your counsellor will not ask you to sign the contract, you will be agreeing to the conditions set out when working with your counsellor. 

 

I need to cancel a session and have already paid, will I be refunded?

 

If you have notified your counsellor/ therapist in writing at least 48 hours before the session, then we will issue you a refund. If there is an emergency situation where this is not possible, please notify your counsellor/ therapist as soon as possible and they will discuss this with your further.  

 

We reserve the right to obtain the cost of a session. Additional details will be discussed and agreed as part of your therapeutic contract.
